Robin Wagner joined the firm in March of 2017 and was elevated to partner status in November of 2021.

Robin initiated our Fair Housing practice and serves as a cooperating attorney with each of Michigan’s Fair Housing Centers, representing them and their clients in a wide range of litigation. Robin also represents individual plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases and participates in some of our collaborative efforts with other law firms, including a ground-breaking theory of race discrimination challenging vehicle pursuit policies of the Michigan State Police that recently resulted in a $7.5 Million settlement.

Robin regularly publishes articles in bar journals, is the immediate past chair of Civil Rights Section of the Federal Bar Association, serves on the Labor and Employment Law Council of the Michigan Bar Association, and was recently appointed to the Dean’s Advisory Council of DePaul University College of Law.

Robin and her wife, Sharon, live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with their dog Casper.
