She is a key member of the Flint Water Crisis litigation team, helping achieve the landmark $626 million settlement with the State of Michigan on behalf of residents harmed by contaminated water; secured a unanimous jury verdict for a teacher retaliated against after reporting an assault in Pennie Davis v. Jackson Public Schools, first-chaired Ellerbee v. Kuzzo's on behalf of a worker fired after testifying in a whistleblower case, and represents Jennifer Janetsky in a decade-long fight against Saginaw County that recently resulted in a significant 2025 Michigan Supreme Court ruling strengthening whistleblower protections.
