Saru Jayaraman, Director of the Food Labor Research Center at UC Berkeley and co-founder of the Restaurant Opportunities Center United, will be the keynote speaker at the March 18 annual dinner of the Michigan Coalition for Human Rights. "Saru has done outstanding work on wage equality and workplace harassment issues.
