Carlson Tells Legal News it's Time to Call "Right to Work" Something Else

Pitt McGehee Palmer Rivers & Golden attorney Kevin Carlson told the Detroit Legal News that the term "Right to Work" is a misnomer. Michigan  became the 24th state to enact a right-to-work law, but Carlson, who along with the firm is leading the charge to oppose the law, says the full effects of it may not be truly felt for years. Carlson especially dislikes the "Right to Work" terminology, telling the Legal News that "We've got to find something else to call it." According to the Legal News, "Right to Work" opponents have come up with several other unflattering terms to label it, such as “union-busting,” “The Back in Time Amendment,” and “Freeloading.”  Read the entire Carlson interview here.
