Carlson Quoted in Crain's Right to Work Update

Pitt McGehee Palmer Rivers & Golden attorney Kevin Carlson was queried by Crain's Detroit Business reporter Chad Halcom recently regarding his views on the state of Michigan's pending Right to Work legislation which goes into effect after March 28.  In the article, Carlson told Crain's that the unions' open access claims, which arise largely from the Capitol being locked and closed to the public while right-to-work was under legislative consideration, is separate enough from the governor's query to proceed as its own case.
