Bonanni Interviewed by Michigan Radio on MGM Labor Suit

Pitt McGehee Palmer & Rivers Partner Megan Bonanni was interviewed by Michigan Radio regarding her unfair labor practices lawsuit filed on behalf of former employees of the MGM Grand Casino. Up to 200 employees claim the casino refused to pay floor supervisors for overtime. MGMGrand_Detroit1 In the interview, Bonanni told Michigan Radio, "Their colleagues in Nevada who are performing an identical function have been compensated for their overtime in accordance and in conformity with the FLSA," Bonanni said.
